Words can’t fully express how grateful I am for Alex H and the ROMM team. Alex took my vision for an engagement ring and brought it to life. She was so easy to work with and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Building the perfect ring was a daunting task, but Alex made it all very easy. The battery in my Mavado watch needed to be replaced. We normally use another local vendor who told my wife the watch needed to be left for several days. She instead went to Romm’s jewelers and was greeted by a nice young woman name Brittany, who immediately took care of everything for her to her complete satisfaction , we have dealt with Romm’s before. and will gladly do so again in the future. Speaking as a business owner myself, the customer service was phenomenal.

I went into Romm’s to have my son’s necklace repaired, and they fixed it right on the spot! While I waited, I had the chance to browse their beautiful selection of jewelry. I visited Romm to have my engagement ring resized and was warmly greeted by Alexandra, Brittany, and Jessica, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming. They explained the unlimited ring cleaning service included with my fiancé’s purchase, which was such a great perk. Alexandra sized my finger and completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently, all while we enjoyed a conversation together. I had a short deadline to receive the resized ring and Alexandra was able to make it happen.
